Some partners may choose to display the customer’s miles balance on their website when allowing customers to use their KrisFlyer miles to purchase the partner’s products or services. This helps to ensure a smoother customer journey on the partner’s platform as the customer will not have to leave the partner’s website to check their available miles balance, or go through the process of completing the payment form only to be rejected due to an insufficient miles balance for their basket of goods.
