How Do I Receive SIA NDC Content?
Direct Connect
Connect directly using our APIs developed in conjunction with Amadeus. This gives you the greatest range of flexibility in choosing and prioritising the NDC features to be integrated on your own booking platform. Be assured with technical support throughout the integration process and post cutover, with regular release updates made available to you as the NDC APIs develop and advance.

Access To Generic
Sandbox
- Submit NDA & an implementation questionnaire to KrisConnect@singaporeair.com.sg
- SIA will review the NDA before setting up a call to run through the implementation process
- Agent to begin testing and complete UAT cases in sandbox environment
Access To Partner-Specific Sandbox
- SIA will prioritise set up of partner specific sandbox environment based on commercial discussions
- Agent to test and complete UAT cases in partner specific environment
Access To SIA's Live Environment
- Business rehearsal in production environment to be carried out and verified with SIA Finance
- SIA to provide live environment details
AGENT 360
All our SQ appointed agents can register for access to AGENT 360, which is our one-stop portal to serve travel agents with all their information needs. We will provide you access to our in-house booking portal* where you can search, book, and service PNRs in one place. Speak to your SIA account manager to find out how you can gain access to this travel agency platform.
Great for: Any SIA-appointed agency partner; there is no development work required on your end!

GDS Service Provider
Singapore Airlines also distributes NDC content via your existing GDS service providers. Do speak with your GDS account managers to find out more about their capability to distribute SIA NDC content to you in your market.

SIA will submit agents' IATA details for onboarding (for agents to gain access to NDC content)
GDS account manager to contact agent to facilitate the onboarding process on the GDS end
