The Non Air Redemption Void API allows partners to void KrisFlyer miles redemption transactions made via the Non Air Redemption API.

Use Cases
Where the KF miles are successfully deducted from the customer’s KrisFlyer account in SIA’s system but a failure response is returned to the partner instead, the customer may not receive the product/service from the Partner even though their KF miles have been redeemed.
By calling the Non Air Redemption Void API within the same user session, the partner can initiate a reversal of the earlier miles deduction so that the customer’s KF miles usage via the partner’s platform is aligned with their receipt of the partner’s products or services.
