KrisPass API

KrisPass is a centralized application to manage the authentication and authorization flow for SQ customers transacting on partners’ channel. All partners are required to integrate with KrisPass to allow secure access to SQ customers’ information with explicit consent. This API is typically integrated together with our OTP CSL API, Get Customer Details API and Non Air Redemption API.

Use Cases

Where partners wish to retrieve the customer’s KF profile information via our Get Customer Details API, or allow customers to make purchases on their website using KF miles via the Non Air Redemption API, the partner must first prompt the customer to log in to their KrisFlyer account. This authenticates the customer as the rightful KrisFlyer account that will be used in the subsequent API calls with partner.

Using the KrisPass API, partners should redirect customers to SIA’s centralized login page, and on successful login the customer will be automatically redirected back to the partner’s platform to continue their transactions on the partner’s platform.
