Our Create Partner Member Relationship API allows customers to link their partner membership accounts with their KrisFlyer (KF) membership account. This API is typically integrated together with our Credit Non Air Miles API and Remove Partner Member Relationship API

Use Cases
As part of the typical flow to allow the exchange of KrisFlyer miles into partner points (and vice versa), customers will be required to link their partner membership account with their KF account.
When linking of the accounts is initiated from the partner’s platform, the partner should call SIA’s Create Partner Member Relationship API. SIA will return a success response to the partner for successful linking requests. The API has an in-built name check for added layer of security to ensure the partner membership account is linked to the rightful KrisFlyer member's account.
Once their partner membership account and KF accounts are linked, customers can proceed to convert their KrisFlyer miles into partner points (and vice versa). The accounts will remain linked until the customer chooses to delink the accounts, and customers do not have to re-initiate linking before making subsequent conversions.
