Our flight booking API helps you to book our latest SIA offers and issue tickets automatically for customers
who shop on your own site / marketplace. Payment will be settled directly with SIA. This API is typically
integrated together with our Flight Search API

Use Cases
While some partners are today aggregating SIA flight offers from the Global Distribution Systems (GDS), the flight offers
tend to be marked up as you will be transacting via a middleman. Fares offered to your customers will
not be as competitive as what SIA offers to our direct customers. By integrating our flight search and
booking APIs, your customers will be getting offers directly from SIA, thus ensuring the lowest available
fares and higher customer satisfaction.
Customers whose tickets are issued via the API will be able to self-service their booking on our website - Singaporeair.com; they are also able to call in to our contact centre for further assistance. We do intend to make available servicing APIs that partners can integrate to allow your customers to manage their booking on your marketplace e.g. perform change of date to flight, or a refund of their booking.
Partner backend system should also be able to track the number of bookings made, as well as the total revenue achieved.
