Infinite Journeys is a partnership between the Shangri-La Golden Circle loyalty programme and the Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer programme, offering new and enhanced membership benefits.
How Does Infinite Journeys (Shangri-La Golden Circle) Benefit From Our Non-Air Partner Linking API?
One of the key new membership benefits offered to customers is the ability to convert KF miles to Golden Circle Award Points and vice versa. To access this new feature, customers will first have to link their Golden Circle membership account and their KrisFlyer account.
Where KrisFlyer members are not yet members of the Shangri-La Golden Circle loyalty programme but wish to access this new feature, they will be required to create a membership account with the Shangri-La Golden Circle loyalty programme thus driving Shangri-La Golden Circle’s member acquisition.
The in-built name check functionality prevents the Shangri-La Golden Circle and KF accounts from being linked if the account names are mismatched, thus helping to minimise the occurrences of potentially fraudulent point conversions.
